For more than two decades, Vicky Bogensperger has been a driving force behind country football in the Goldfields, embodying the spirit of community that keeps the game thriving.

As President of the Kalgoorlie City Football Club and a junior delegate for 20 years, Vicky’s contribution goes far beyond any single role. She has been involved in country football for over 20 years, quietly and consistently doing whatever needs to be done to keep the club moving forward.

From hosting post-match functions to washing jerseys, from chief cook to bottle washer, Vicky has filled virtually every role imaginable. If the club needs help, she is the first to put her hand up.

Known for her very practical, common-sense and logical approach, Vicky is someone people rely on. She gets things done without fuss, always with the best interests of players, families and the broader football community at heart.

A Life Member of the club, her impact is measured not just in years of service, but in the countless players and volunteers supported along the way. Vicky Bogensperger is a true champion of community football and a shining example of what grassroots sport is all about.
