The Great Southern Storm's Corey Linthorne was awarded with the Ken Baxter Trophy as the Fairest and Best player at the CBH Group Colts Carnival last weekend. Linthorne, who plays for Royals in the Great Southern Football League attracted Umpire's votes in three out of his four games.

The Clem Bray Rising Star Award was presented to Regional Districts's Blake East. The Deanmill youngster, in the Lower South West Football League, was a stand out peformer for the combined side.

Both Linthorne and East were also named in the CBH Group Colts Allstar's.
