East Kimberley were crowned 2025 Kimberley Colts Carnival champions after an exciting two days in Broome. The EKFL team defeated West Kimberley in the final on Sunday, reversing the result from the opening game of the carnival the previous day. Subiaco’s regional zones went head-to-head in Esperance over the WA Day long weekend, with the WAFL club’s talent manager Stuart Berryman impressed with the talent on display. East Fremantle young gun Riaz Mohammad has been selected in the 2025 Bachar Houli Foundation Academy, made up of the best Islamic football talents in the country.
