- Representative teams from across regional WA
- Clear pathways for female country footballers
- Growing participation and competition standards

As women’s football continues to expand across regional WA, the Championships reflect that momentum. Teams represent communities large and small, showcasing how the game is thriving in coastal towns, farming regions and remote areas alike.
The event highlights not only individual talent, but the collective effort of clubs, volunteers and leagues who have worked to build strong female pathways in country football.
Notable features this year include:
- The return of the Pilbara Colts team after sitting out in 2024, marking the first time since 2010 the Colts have been split into two divisions.
- Lower South West’s return to the Championships after last fielding a side in 2018.
- Great Southern’s move into Division 2 for the first time since 2017, and
